Wedding Films
It's one of the biggest days of your life. Make sure you capture the moment.

This was the first wedding I ever shot, at a beautiful venue in the North Georgia mountains. I couldn't have asked for a better first wedding shoot, as the wedding party and the venue itself made my job as a videographer very easy! The video above is a highlight montage of the wedding day. I also cut a full version of the ceremony and extended highlights to a DVD for the couple's personal enjoyment.

2014
For this wedding, I was able to capitalize on my experience from my first wedding shoot to make sure every moment was captured in a meaningful way. I developed my comfort and ability with the DSLR and expanded my kit to better suit the run-n-gun wedding style, and I believe it shows in Gavin and Tiphanie's highlight video. I also cut a full version of the wedding video for them on DVD.

The first wedding under the Southern Skyline Productions moniker, it was awesome to have my friend and colleague Daniel Wise join me for this shoot. We also had the pleasure of working alongside a great still photographer who helped us some set up some amazing shots, some of which you see in the highlight video above. We were able to fly Daniel's custom-built quadcopter on this shoot, but the venue didn't lend itself very well to aerial photography so most of those shots were scrapped from the final video. However as a consolation Daniel was able to engineer the gimbal system from the quadcopter into a handheld version that he could walk around with the GoPro attached. Many of those shots came out great and did make it into the final video. As usual, we also cut a full version on DVD for the couple to enjoy for years to come. NOTE: Music in this video is different from original version due to copyright consideration

Kevin and Olivia
2015
This was a special wedding because it was for two friends I've known since preschool. It was honor to be a part of Kevin and Olivia's big day and I think we gave them a quality video to remember it by. The Southern Skyline team was on hand and the stunning vineyard location gave us a chance to really let the drone shine, as seen in the opening shots of the highlight video.

Christy and Michael
2016
Another beautiful venue in the hills of Long Creek, SC. Wow. Incredible views of the mountains in the distance made our job easier than ever. Christy and Michael were a blast, and besides having to battle the wind all day this was our smoothest wedding shoot to date. The Grizzles loved their highlight tape and we also delivered full ceremony and reception coverage on DVD. This was the first wedding where I had the opportunity to shoot on my new Samsung NX1 Camera. I'm loving the clean 4K image quality and 120 fps slo-mo at 1080p. Great camera!
